Return Policy

Returns are accepted if you are unhappy with your purchase. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt otherwise no refund will be made and the items returned to you upon your request at a p&p costs. If an item is returned because it has been ordered incorrectly then a part only refund will be issued minus a 10% handling charge.

The returned item MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION as it was received & free from damage caused by use misuse or neglect. A used, dirty, dilapidated or painted item cannot be returned. Doll kits and bodies will be thoroughly checked for signs of damage, dirt, stains and evidence of usage. In line with PayPal's advice if in our opinion the item is unfit for resale or has been used no refund will be made, photographs will be taken and the item returned to you, upon your request, for a return fee. We cannot be held responsible for any returned items that do not arrive.

We do quality check on the item before get packaged to ensure that all items will be with you in immaculate condition.

We accept PayPal furthermore all major Credit/Debit Cards using PayPal Checkout. Do not need to held PayPal account to process checkout as you can choose "checkout as guest" if you prefer to pay by debit/credit card. A purchase order cannot be completed without instant payment. Payment by a non UK registered Credit Card will be made in GBP Sterling and the converted amount will be shown on your Credit Card statement. The charges on your Credit/Debit Card Statement will appear as paid to Rland Limited.


Because all doll bodies is handmade, we aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days of receiving cleared payment. The majority of orders are posted the second day. Large orders of hand made goods will be served individually.

With some courier deliveries, you will receive SMS text updates on your delivery status during the day so please ensure you provide a valid mobile phone number with your order to take advantage of this free enhanced delivery service.

UK buyers

    Express Delivery
We ship with Royal Mail 1st Class if the total weight of the goods is under 2kg. Orders with over 2kg will be sent using a Fast Delivery Service such as DPD, ParcelForce, etc. We keep the right to choose the suitable carrier based on the delivery address, package weight, size, etc. Usually an express delivery takes 1-2 working days but slight delays are possible. Once your order has dispatched you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number (if exists). Deliveries are always tracked and signed if the value of goods is over £15.

    Economy Delivery
We ship reborn supplies - which offered with free delivery - with Royal Mail 2nd class if the weight of goods are less than 2kg. Goods with over 2kg will be shipped with the best available economy delivery services such as Hermes or similar. Economy delivery usually takes 2-4 working days. Once your order has dispatched you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number (if available). Deliveries are tracked and signature required if the value of goods is over £15.

International buyers

We will ship packets under £20 with standard international delivery (no tracking) at buyer’s risk. Orders over £20 will be sent by International signed for. Delivery is estimated to take 5-12 working days. We accept no responsibility for foreign mail delays.

We accept no responsibility for delays on delivery or items returned to the sorting office if the buyer is not home. If an order is returned to us 'not collected' by the buyer or the buyer has provided an incorrect or incomplete address there will then be a further charge for p&p before the order is resent. If a customer reports that a parcel has not arrived then proof of address may will require for further purchases.
